If you represent an organisation and wish to signpost someone to Bereft, please click here for more information and to fill in a referral form.
If you are a member of the public enquiring on behalf of another individual, please use the short contact form opposite to send us a message.
If you would prefer to speak to a member of the team, please call 020 8896 2800 or use the contact form opposite to let us know your general availability so that we can pre-book a phone call at a mutually convenient time. Bereft staff check phone messages and the inbox throughout the day during standard working hours from Tuesday to Friday.
In all instances, a member of our staff will contact you to confirm what our service might be able to offer and take any additional details, as required.
After it has been agreed that Bereft will offer bereavement counselling, we will need time to allocate a suitable counsellor.
As a charity, Bereft is heavily reliant on donations and we ask everyone using the service to make a per-session donation, according to what they can afford, in order to keep it going.
